Anu 265 according to law without executive authority of any tax will be charged and not charged either be 266 per Anu spending any money from the Consolidated Fund of India / Parliament's approval required before submission to load अनु 265 के अनुसार कोई भी कर कार्यपालिका द्वारा बिना विधि के अधिकार के न तो आरोपित किया जायेगा और न ही वसूला जायेगा अनु 266 के अनुसार भारत की समेकित निधि से कोई धन व्यय /जमा भारित करने से पूर्व संसद की स्वीकृति जरूरी है

If a member of the Lok Sabha is arrested on a criminal charge , or is sentenced to imprisonment , or is detained under an executive order , the fact must immediately be reported to the Speaker by the magistrate or the executive authority . सदन की गरिमा की रक्षा और उसको बनाए रखने के लिए ऐसा करना आवश्यक है . यदि लोक सभा का कोई सदस्य किसी अपराध में गिरफ्तार किया जाता है , या उसे कारावास का दंड दिया जाता है , या कार्यपालिका Zके किसी आदेश से नजरबंद किया जाता है तो ऐसे तथ्य की सूचना दंडाधिकारी या कार्यपालिका प्राधिकारी के द्वारा तुरंत अध्यक्ष को दी जानी अनिवार्य है .
